In an effort to improve the communication between the league, coaches and parents we are encouraging parents to download and use the "SI Play" App as well as coaches. This is a free App available for both iPhone and Android phones. There are several benefits to doing this:
Schedules
Coach and player contact information is available as soon as teams are drafted
Game schedules are available as soon as they are published and you will be notified immediately if there are changes
Coaches can set up practices and meetings
When practices or games are scheduled you can inform the coach if you child will attend or not
Can be linked directly to your Google Calendar or cell phone calendar so you don't have to input anything
If you have more than one child registered, all schedules will be available
Team Chat allows you to communicate with all parents at once (great for discussing car pooling, snacks, etc)
Team text messages, no more issues with people getting left off a text message string
Picture upload capability
Both parents can have access via their own account
